The problem that I encountered: Package already exists. Note: Views might filter empty parent packages.
How I resolve the problem
ANS:
1. Open the View Menu
which is a triangle on the right upside in the pannel of Package Explorer

2.Click the Filters

 

3. The pannel will ask you to tick the option which you don`t want to show in your Package Explorer, so choose the Empty packages
